We provide paper manufactures with an extensive portfolio of quality tested paper colorants to produce a wide range of shades. Starting with direct dyes, basic dyes, or pigment dispersions, we’ll help you find the right solution for your paper coloration and paper tinting needs. With the help of our engineers, we can provide an optimized solution that guarantees efficiency and cost-effectiveness that exceeds your customers’ demand for a more refined and finished product.

We supply and install three different types of color management systems that match your budget and machine conditions. That makes it easier for you to start making quality colored paper.

Challenges when getting started

When it comes to colorants for paper productions, there are many things to keep in mind. Such as:

  • Proper dosing points
  • Effective dye recipe
  • Suitable color system
  • Effects of other chemicals used in paper mills
  • Waste water

Our experts work closely with you to better understand your requirements. With our partnership, we can minimize the chances of setbacks to get a more consistent quality of color.

Full package solutions

We take pride in how we take care of our clients. Our technical teams consults directly with you to create full package solutions that match your color requirements no matter how unique your color shades are.

We offer an extensive range of dyes and recipes to fulfill your most unique requests. Get all of your dyes from one supplier to ensure that your product supply is sustainable and cost-effective.

Anionic dyes

  • Creates paper with high strength
  • Leaves good back water
  • Has low usage of dosage

Cationic dyes

  • Clear and clean waste water
  • Bright shades of paper

We decided to partner with one of the most influential color management systems created by X-rite. X-rite has been a trusted color management system by many well established paper mills in Southeast Asia. Our engineers will also install, maintain, and commission all color control systems using the best practices in the industry.

There are three main systems we supply and install

  • Fully automatic color control
  • Semi automatic color control
  • Manual handheld spectrophotometer

Fully automatic color control

We use the most advanced color control system in the market. Using software, we can speed up the process of calculating suitable dye flows that can save you time and resources by having the most optimal dye flows.

How does it work?

  • Our in-line sensor automatically measures L*, A*, and B* of paper right after the dryer section in the machine continuously.
  • We use built in software that will analyze the sensor measurement results.
  • The software will then calculate suitable dye flows and automatically control the pump station for proper flow.

Semi automatic color control

When using a semi-automatic control system, our software can detect what our eyes can’t see. Assisting operators by calculating the most optimal dye pump flow for you to control.

How does it work?

  • We use an automatic in-line sensor which continuously measures paper right after the dryer section in the paper machine
  • The in-line sensor measures the results, then sends them to the computer. L*, A*, and B* values will be displayed on the monitor.
  • Based on the results, operators will control dye pump flows in the DCS room along with other criteria.

Manual handheld spectrophotometer

A spectrophotometer is a critical element of an end-to-end color management process in paper mills that delivers consistent color. The X-rite handheld spectrophotometer is a great way to introduce standalone color measurements into the color workflow to reduce errors and rework.
